QDRO Consultants provides a highly specialized service assisting attorneys and their clients with a unique legal document called a QDRO. The client was running into a growing number of shortcomings in their dated windows based application. LOTUSCreative was brought in to deconstruct their PC app with the goal of then reconstructing a web based application that would be platform agnostic. Just as important was formulating a visual style that would highlight ease of use and speed to completion. To achieve this, we began by throughly researching and soliciting feedback on the best and worst of the current system. We then took what we heard to create conceptual UI/IA wireframes and then translating them into a design that focused on an optimal user experience. In every step of the process the client was invited to contribute and comment on the work flow to ensure that the final form would benefit their workflow.
